Pathetic excuse for service

My visit back at Medicross Bellville was horrible.

You called and gave me a time for 9:35 today I wrote it down I am certain about this. I was late this I understand and I waited like I should but to wait almost a hour because I was 10mins late isnt one.

Firstly if you guys accommodated me when I call Saturday for a follow up this would have not happened as much as a Dr have a job and you have a job so do I. I called and asked for a followup someone there told me that I will need to pay in full again and I was there 3 days ago (to add onto this I did not even get a receipt mail to me as promised).

I am really disgusted and disappointment in the Medicross service here at Bellville. I always got to Northpine's Medicross and there service is always excellent. While i was late the Dr had no other patients and did not even come out to call us into his office to examine min daughter which I might add is 4months old. The lady at the front desk comes and tells me that I was late and Dr is also little late so he will fit me in in-between other patients. Tell me something why I am not being treated like any other patient that walked through the door instead in being fitted in-between sick patients with a 4month old baby.

You people already took my money and now you cannot provide me with decent service your service sicken me. Do you treat all your follow up like this? Is this the kind of treatment follow up patients receive? I am certainly not going to leave it like this I will take this socially as far as I can because its MY baby MY child, if you a mom you'd understand the anger and frustration I am feeling right now. Its not your child so you dont care!!! The attitude I got when I came in there, and you people call yourself professionals, OK.
