Pathetic

I work for a insurance company so a while back a took my client to the Medicross in bloemfontein for blood tests. We waited more than an hour while the old ladies at the front dest spoke to eachother about non work related nonsense. My client almost left because he had to get back to his work.

An hour later a lady calls us for the blood tests. It took her 2mins to do the blood tests and they told us everything is done we can go.

Today, 3 days later i find out that they did not even do half of the tests they were supposed to do.

What a patgetic and weak service. I would advice ANYONE in my line of bussiness NEVER to use medicross.
