Now we know why medicross is closing clinics

On the 19th of June 2015 i went to see a GP at Medicross Princess Crossing. After my visit i was late for a meeting and rushed back to the office and decided that i would email the prescription and get a driver from my side to collect it and pay the amount that is due. I mailed this at 08:09 am to [Email Removed] At 09:00<br> i called again to find out if they had received it and when i can send a driver. I was was cut of 3 times. After i complaint to the reception about this all i got was a \snotty attitude"At 09:40 i contacted the centre again with no luck. All that happened is that i was put on hold. At 09:45 i was called back and asked if they should get my prescription ready. I ask you this then WHY DID I MAIL IT IN THE FIRST TIME. This will be the last time that i would visit any medicross. This is the reason why they are closing clinics. They have anyway adopted this F U attitude towards there clients and are very quick to threaten there clients. Maybe they should start to employ more friendly and efficient people"
