NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

<p>They just change things on their side without advising the pasients. When you give you file in the person at the accounts/billing counter needs to advise whether your medical aid is paying. But on the specific day my husband went, they advised him that the medical aid is paying for it. Two days later I received an email from the medical aid stating they are not going to pay. I then phoned the medical aid and they advised me that Medicross Boksburg has changed their scheme. Why doesn't Medicross advise you about these changes? I now have to pay the medical aid an amount for being with them ( which i, in any case, think they are useless ) and now I have to pay Medicross as well, coz the staff there is fast as sleep. Im totally disgusted at this.</p>
