No respect for appointments made

<p>On 27 July at 08h00 I phoned Medicross Edenvale to make an appointment to see a doctor (any one of them), at the eariest possible time. The earliest I could get an appointment for was 10.30 so I accepted it, and arrived there at 10.15 too, in the hope that I would get lucky.</p> <p>By 10.45 I had still not been seen, and complained to the receptionist (I should have taken his name for this record because his attitude was the only positive thing I can record of this experience) and mentioned that I had seen other people ariving after me and seeing other doctors sooner. Another patient overheard me,and commented that they didnt have the guts to complain, but this is a regular occurrance for them.</p> <p>By 11.00 I had still not been seen, so I informed them again and walked out. I lodged a complaint with the head office with my name and telephone number, and was told Medicross Edenvale management would get back to me, but ....</p>
