No prescription 4 days after testing COVID-19 positive due to *********** doctor

I consulted a doctor Korras at the Melville, Gauteng branch of Medicross on 02 July 2021. He referred me for a COVID-19 test which I did the same day. He promised to mail me a doctor’s certificate for my employer and this never happened. I got the results on 03 July 2021 and called Medicross three times on the same day and the receptionists promised that the doctor would call me back- that never happened. I also sent two emails on two different days and there has been no acknowledgement of receipt or any reply whatsoever. As a result, I am on my own devices after paying over R1000 for the service and have no prescription for medication. Since 05 July 2021 I made about 7 calls trying to get through to the doctor to discuss the treatment I need to take. All my calls were never returned. If I die as a result of this negligence and incompetence from Medicross and its doctor Korras they should take responsibility. Black lives don't seem to matter at Medicross
