NO MEDICAL SERVICE BUT IS BILLED

I am very very disappointed in the pathetic service I got for DR R van Veenendaal. My Child had swollen glands and a pitch high fever and I just made it in time to see him on Saturday at 14:55. I have told him all my concerns and hand me a note for antibiotics and with trough lozenges and told me my son had a normal trough infection. He did even check his temperature and told me to come back the next day if his fever doesn't subside. So my sons fever did pitch the Sunday till 39.00 and we went back to him as he request and once again he gave me a story that he has a fever and a trough infection and I refuse point blank to pay for the visit as he did help me at all. The Sunday I had to rush my kid to my mom because of his medical care and today she taken him back to the doctor and a very provisional Dr in Potchefstroom has diagnosed him with Mumps and he has explained to my mom that no Antibiotics works for mumps and he explained the severity of mumps. Now I refuse to pay the doctor's appointment for Sunday and I want to be refunded for the medicine the *********** doctors has prescribed. I demand a written apology from the doctor that wasted my time and valued medical aid money.
