No medical assistance for 4 year old child

On the 9th March 2016, I fetched my 4 year son from school as he had vomited at school. I made a doctor's appointment at 11:15 am with Dr Economakis at Randburg Medicross. I was told at reception that the Dr. is running late, there are 4 people ahead of me. I waited for almost an hour and enquired at reception the status. I was told that there was 2 people ahead. I told the lady at reception that my child had vomited three times while we had been waiting and she told me, I can take him to causality and they will call the doctor. I took him to casualty where my son was checked. The sister said I am next to see the doctor and I should go and wait in the waiting room and the doctor will call me. I took my son and went to the waiting room and from where I was sitting I was able to see the door to the doctor's consultation room. While waiting I noticed three other people had gone in the doctors room for consultation. I went back to casualty and told them what I witnessed. I was told the doctor knows and will attend to him when he wants to. The time was now 12:20pm and my appointment was at 11:15am. Money was not an issue. Eventually I took my child elsewhere for help.
