No help from dr or staff

Good day<br> <br> <br> Its with great heartsore and dissapointment that I need to write this complaint.<br> <br> <br> We have a discovery medical aid which if it is depleted, we can use a medicross dr and my medical will cover the cost. I am extremely ill and need to see a dr. I have no choice but to be at work till 12h30 today. Our medicross is open till 13h00 and when I phoned, they refused to make an appointment to see the dr at 12h30. <br> <br> They confirmed with the dr as well, dr Mayer, and he also said he cant wait for me. They leave at about 12h00. <br> <br> <br> I do not have the funds to see another dr and feels really so dissapointed that medicross Three Rivers wont help me.<br> <br> <br> I thought dr gave an oath to help the ill but obviously not the Medicross drs at Three Rivers and their staff.<br> <br> <br> There is no other drs over the weekend to help me and hopefully I wont land up in hospital over the course of the weekend.<br> <br> <br> I hope this negligent behaviour will be investigated <br>
