No backup generators for surgery

Its been the second time that this happen. About 5years ago my son was booked for grommets but suddenly the power went off and we had to reschedule for the Union hospital<br> Today he was scheduled foe his teeth and what do you know the power went off and the staff told us there's no backup generators...shocking isn't it?
