Hi<br> <br> My son received some medical treatment at The Berg Medicross last year October (2014) <br> <br> The medical aid did not pay for everything and I was only notified now May 2015 (7 months later)<br> <br> The only reason why I was notified was because I took my son to the doctor again.<br> <br> The lady at the accounts department blames it on the Post Office strike. You CAN not blame this on the PO Strike!!!<br> We live in the technology era. No longer is mail the only means of communication! You can forward statements by email/sms or you can even pick up a phone and inform your clients that there is an amount that was not paid by the medical aid.<br> <br> Also the Post Office are not striking anymore!<br> <br> Why did you not mail me a statement in February or March???<br> <br> Now the incompetency of your account department resulted in this claim being older than 4 months and now I can't claim this back from my medical aid.<br> <br> I really find this type of customer care revolting!!<br>
