Nel Med Medicross Nelspruit

I took my son to Nel Med Medicross in Nelspruit on the 23th of April 2022. When I got there I was told they won't use my medical aid because they have blocked it on they system.Reason I got is that they no longer accept Bankmed core saver.

They told me that I need to pay cash and claim the money from my medical aid, only to find out that they also processed a claim to my medical aid and it was paid.

My question is why did they process a claim on a blocked medical aid?so it means the people who don't check they medical aid statements or claim back from their medical aid are charged twice.
