Metdicross Complaints centre not responding

I have been to Medicross practises for root canal and wants to know my options of treatment and a way forward because I am running out of benefits on my Discovery plan .<br> X rays and colleges at the practise can discuss /access this information instead , i am advised via the receptionist to make another appointment which equals more money to get an opinion .<br> I informed the receptionist i want my files but she is screening my calls.<br> I tried to contact the complaints department but the automated system is not functional.<br>
