Medricross Hayfields unproffessionalism

A medical emergency cannot be planned and seeing a doctor by appointment is understandable. was very dissapointed by the lady receptionest a t Medicross Hayfields for her lack of empathy for my son's emergency. The day was 26 March 2006. She was rude and unhelpful, doctors sign a Hippocratic oath, the lady receptionist was rude and unprofessional or was it because I'm black?
