Medicross wrongful claim and arguing about it

A claim went through my medical for my child for a doctors appointment. We were never at Medicross at that date, We have not visited Medicross for probably the last 2 years. Then the person phoning have the audacity to argue with me. Of course you will have our medical aid details, we have visited Medicross in the past. Check you cameras, you have the wrong person. Otherwise I will be happy to open a case of ***** at the police station.
