Medicross Springs horrible receptionist service

The service my mom and daughter received today from Medicross Springs was appalling, they had to wait for over 40 minutes to get assisted and when she went to the Receptionist guy to get assistance he was very rude.

Instead of calling her and informing her as towhich room number to go meet the Dr, he called her then disappeared all of a sudden so she had to wander around looking for the Dr's room.

I've never had an issue with their services before but today... it is so disgusting that this is how they treat patients now at Medicross Springs.
