Medicross Rustenburg what a rude receptionist

Medicross Rustenburg what a terrible experience. The receptionist is so rude is unbelievable she is so arrogant. I’ve been trying to get a Dr now for the past week and she rudely dropped the call on my ear, telling me I was impatient, is disappointing because the Dr’s are God’s but you have to always go through that rude woman. I’m not allowed to come to the clinic because of I’m Covid positive but the way she treated me it heartbreaking. Who the hell does she think she is, I’m in pain so much and yet I must be talked down to like that. I’m going to take this further if nothing is fine and she’s not dealt with
