Medicross Richardsbay ******** patients for cash before procedures

Medicross forced me to pay R2450 cash before going in for my procedure or they would not do it. Pretended that it is a copayment that I will have to claim from Medical aid. Then Medicross claimed R5327 from my Discovery medical aid for same copayment . On the 15th Feb 2023.

I had to use my credit card which charges 20% interest on this money paid and now My medical aid cannot pay me the money I had to pay Medicross as they have paid them the funds.

Thy cannot be that greedy *****ing money from patients. Not everyone is walking around with cash as well. case number ***
