Medicross Randburg Mess-up

Well, what a not so wonderful experience. I visited the dentist in January and started to receive threatening phone calls from them in July for an outstanding account. On numerous occasions I confirmed my email address. (In order for them to send me an invoice). They sent it to an email address ending with fnb.co.za - Not sure where they got that information.

After complaining to Medicross head office in September only did I receive an invoice. From an Emmanual Zwane (14/09/22). I immediately made payment, sent the proof of payment and received confirmation from Emmanuel Zwane that it has been received.

They then handed me over to Ferndale Vericred, who has been haunting me several times a week for the outstanding amount. Even after sending them the proof of payment, with the email from Emmanuel Zwane, they are still haunting me.

Beware of Medicross Randburg. They are sharks, and want to push the blame on you as a patient when they blatantly use incorrect information not provided by their patients.
