Medicross Randburg cannot stick to appointments

On numerous occasions we have visited the Medicross Randburg with appointments at certain times. 9 out of 10 times we had to wait for more than 60 minutes to get helped. The same excuse of the doctor had an emergency always gets used. Can the reception staff not inform the patient about the issue or recommend another doctor that is not so busy???

I have logged complaints on the Medicross site, but those remain unanswered. I can also say that I do not share the same issue at some of the other Medicross centers.

We make these appointment, because we also have other places to be. If this Medicross cannot stick to appointment times, have it revert back to a walk in center and serve patients on a first come first served basis.
