Medicross Randburg bad service from reception staff

Medicross Randburg, bad reception service, makes you wait 30 minutes for them to just acknowledge you are here . My appointment was at 1:15pm. It is now 20 past 1pm. I arrived here at 1pm. The staff runs around acting busy ignores you standing there then when you speak up they say it is the system that is slow. I been coming here for years and this is just unacceptable service. They also tripple book my dr so i end up waiting an hour to see him.
