Dear Medicross Randburg Please donot hand me over when you yourself have not updated your records. In fact you owe me the money and not I owe you the money. My account is not even in 60 days and you have handed me over. I spoke to Emmanual on Thursday 20th January 2022 he told me to wait till friday 28th January 2022 the accounts will be updated as my medical has paid you in full on 31st December 2022. I have a reference number from my medical aid. Can I now ask Vericred to get my refund from you.
