Medicross provider almost killed my mother due to neglect

My mother was taken to Medicross Pretoria West. She was nonchalantly assessed by a so called GP that put up a drip, but could not find needles to administer much needed insulin, eventually they 'made a plan'. He diagnosed her with "maybe a stomach bug, maybe a UTI" and sent her home... with an HGT of 28(!), telling my father to 'just get her sugar under control'. She was admitted at 2am the next morning as an emergency into ICU, where she has been for the last 2 weeks, critically ill with DKA. The emergency doctor and both treating specialists are shocked at this GP's pure neglect. And now we get a bill from this clown??? I will be logging this with the Discovery's forensics department as well as the HPCSA. Shocking and disgusting!
