Medicross Princess crossing is Greedy

Booked a telephonic consultation to get a repeat script for me and my wife. Consultation was booked for 15:30. At 16:50 I phoned to find out why the Doctor has not phoned me yet. The only answer I got was that the doctor will still phone

The Phone call eventually happened at 17:30 and lasted exactly 1:51 min

For this the amount of R841.20 was claimed from my medical aid. This was split as two telephonic consultation, one for me and one for my wife, and then 1 for my script and 1 for my wife's script.

All the script for the the Dr is kept on his PC. So all he has to do is print the copies as there was no changes and sign it. for this the amount of R841.20 as mentioned above was charged.

This is a total ******* and I fell that Medicross is just becoming more greedy by the day
