Medicross Paarl has absolute disregard for Customer Service

Medicross Paarl has an absolute disregard for Customer Service. I have waited 8 days for them to react to the complaint I lodged with Medicross Headquarters re the rude receptionist of Dr Hamman.

Was it something unreasonable I expected from my doctor or her receptionist? No, it was the polite request when I settled my invoice, to email me a copy of the email that she wrote to the gastroenenterologist as referral. The receptionist slammed the phone down when I repeated my request 24 hours later.
