Medicross Kempton - Bad Service

Medicross is the worst service provider I have ever used. Got an email this morning saying my account is being handed over as I did not pay my account.

1stly what account 2ndly i never received a call or an email that the medical aid did not pay the full amount

So I told them to close my file as their service sucks and that i will be reporting it to the medical aid
