Medicross get your story correct and stop harassing me.

I visited Medicross in East London in December 2020 to test for covid-19 and I paid using my debit card since they said I will not be using my medical aid funds. Every thing went through and I have proof that payment. I kept on getting calls and sms from them and I kept on asking them to rectify this on their system because I'm not gonna pay another R450 because that's ****************. I just received another sms now 23/08/2021 like what the hell is this??? I've sent then proof of payment so many times yet they still harassing me!
