Medicross family centre bad reception service

Very poor service in the dental care I made an appointment to see the dentist for a bite plate. They say you complete the form when you come in for your appointment no opening a file before hand, so i make the appointment for the latest available time having trouble leaving early at work. I am staying in modrand and working in kempton park. They phone if i am still coming for my appointment i say yes i am on my way. When i got there everyone left. No one phoned to say we are leaving. So i had to reschedule my appointment which i did on a Saturday so I wouldn’t have the same problem. After seeing the doctor i was notified that i might have to pay and extra saturday fee. The bite plate was made and i was phoned to collect it. It was uncomfortable and i asked the doctor to adjust it. No one phoned me for a week to let me know that it was afjusted i can collect. I had to phone to ask if it was ready. Yes it is ready the receptionist said i can collect it. I said ok i will be there after i finish work. When i got there everyone had left again no one bothered to leave it with the gp receptionist. So i phoned again the next day to arrange to collect my bite plate. Very bad service from the receptionist arguing that they leave at a certain time. I need to be there before they leave. So i arrange collection on friday as i knock off earlier. As i was driving back i phoned and asked my husband to collect the bite plate i was worried that I wouldn’t make it as i was stuck in traffic. He went there to collect my bite plate and got the ****tiest remark from her “is she serious??” He got the bite plate eventually. The bite plate looks like it was cut with a scissor which i could have done at home. And it is still uncomfortable. The dental reception at the medicross family centre in midrand is very *****y and very unprofessional. I am not a person to complain about service but this is medical service which i feel is unacceptable. They can take my file and shred it as i am never putting my foot there again!
