Medicross East London

The reception staff at the East London medicross office are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They have queues of people standing in front of them but will continue with private conversations while sick people are waiting to be assisted and telephones ring endlessly and are ignored. If they do actually pick up a phone call then they are insolent and rude and unhelpful and literally sigh to make sure you know they feel you are completely wasting their time. If I didnt have to use medicross because of my medical aid, I would never step foot in there again.
