Sitting with an emergency on a Sunday, he is listed as the doctor on call for the day but he refuses to pick up his phone. Several patients waiting on him, including students writing exams and that is in need of medical assistance. Please do not list yourself as on call for after hour work if you are not willing to help when called upon.
