Medicross communication fail

Medicross Krugersdorp do not send out invoices by mail or e-mail. They make use of SMS attachments and if you do not have a smart phone then impossible to view. This happened to us. They have our phone number but never bothered to phone about an outstanding amount. Due to this we were handed over for debt collection for an outstanding amount we knew nothing about.
