Medicross charging more than Discovery rates

I am so tired of Medicross saying they charge Discovery rates, but invariably there is some short-payment on this or that consumable, resulting in patient-liable portions. Really ridiculous. A big chunk of their revenue must come from Discovery patients, yet they cannot get this right to improve the patient experience.
