My daughter and I wanted to go and see Dr Fransisco today. The receptionist was kind and assisted us in a professional way. She came to me and asked me if I was aware of the R574 owed amount. I said to her yes, and that I did make arrangements to pay it of. The lady came back to me and said to me that Thabiso cannot recall speaking to me and there is NO lady that could have phoned me as he is the one dealing with outstanding monies. I then asked him if I could make arrangements NOW and he said NO AS THE MONIES THAT IS OUTSTANDING IS OUTSTANDING SINCE NOVEMBER 2020.

So they refused that I could see the doctor. How are you supposed to make payment arrangements if you are not contacted by the correct department as they claim. What would have happened if I had a life threatening emergency that had to be attended to? Would they have turned me away the as well?
