Medicross benoni

I went on monday to see a Doctor at medicross they gave me the wrong pills and now today I contact them to get the correct pills now all of a sudden they have no contact details for this doctor and cannot assist me how is this even possible that now we have to pay again to see another doctor when the error was on their side and they have no details for such doctor
