Medicross bad service

Medicrross Potchefstroom My 78 year old mother made an appointment to see a docter, After a long waiting time she asked if the docter was busy, The lady rep**** and said the doctor went out but she will get another docter to help her. After waiting more than an hour and n half and without seeing a docter I picked her up and took her home. Medicross your service are unacceptable
