Medicross and Drs have no respect for people or time

Terrible service from both Medicross reception and their doctors. This has been my second visit where I have made an appointment but it’s been over half an hour that I am waiting passed my time. The ladies here at not friendly or courteous in any way. They just turn a blind eye and carry on.

The dr is Dr Le Rouw. There are no patients sitting outside his room yet the ladies insist I wait at reception
