MEDI CROSS LINTON GRANGE: MADELEINE SCHOULTZ TREATING PATIENTS WITH NO DIGNITY

Hi There... Today at 10:30 am my sister took my mother in to Medi Cross Linton Grange to see her doctor... My mother was sick and vomitting the whole night so she really felt sick. On arrival there my sister had to wait in line for my mothers file which took 9 mins to take out. Then my mother went to lay down in the medical room. They didnt even bother to inform a sister on duty to have a look at my mothers blood pressure. The sister arrived asking why didnt they at least call her and inform her of my mother.... Both me and my sister decided that I will contact Sanet Doubell to ask for my mothers file and then end our journey with Medi Cross. Does not help my mother pays so much to see a dr and there is no service at all... Sanet Doubell is AMAZING. She told me over the phone its no problem she would get the file ready and that we can fetch it. On which I told her my sister is there with my mother but my mother is a bit dehidrated but I will send my sister to fetch the file after my mother saw a dr. THAT WAS THE ARRANGEMENT with Sanet... As my mother felt weak, my sister waited for the dr to see my mom, and when they were done went to ask for the File... On which Madeleine Schoultz came out and told my sister that my mother must come and ask for her own file. My sister told her twice my mother is laying down in the Medi Cross Room and Madeleine persisted my mother must come and fetch her file herself...

I want to know?????

Madeleine Schoultz... what happened to PATIENT DIGNITY.????? Even the sister on duty was shocked..

COULD MADELEINE SCHOULTZ NOT get up from her chair and walked to where my mother was laying and asked her Mrs Vorster would you like your file or not??? Or is this the norm how staff treat patients? And will this be staying at only a complaint or will Madeleine Schoultz be dealt accordingly???

I have NO PROBLEM whatsoever to go to the local newspaper and have this printed so everyone can see how Madeleine actually doesnt do her job.

And what worries me more is that she is walking around there making like she owns Medi Cross...

MADELEINE.... GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR SHIP OUT!!!!!

You werent dealing with a dog it was MY MOTHER.... and if you feel NOTHING for elderly patients, this is your choice BUT NO ONE will treat my mother this way. This is not the first time you treated our family like this.... You did the EXACT SAME thing when my grandfather is alive... NO MORE

Apply for a job where you can work with animals coz you sure as hell dont treat humans with dignity.... And if you think you can get away with this for the second time now, THINK AGAIN.
