Long call waiting times

Try calling the boksburg branch. Been calling for over an hour to try speak to someone at reception. No one answers. This is not an isolated event. Every time I try call I dread it. Sit on hold for 10 minutes a time. Most expensive calls ever. Incredibly frustrating. Rather just go somewhere else
