Langeberg Medicross

I made a online booking with Langeberg Medicross (Kraaifontein) yesterday and was waiting for more than one day to get pending booking confirmed. Then I cancelled the online pending booking and re-submitted a new booking request and waited for more than one hour.

Is it becoming a joke to book online and wait forever for the pending appointment to be confirmed? I think Langeberg Medicross must get its act together.
