I visited this practice a year ago using my Discovery medical aid. A year later I get sms's that I have an outstanding consultation fee to pay due to non-payment received from my medical. I take my personal time, efforts and money to call Discovery only to find out that Medicross did not submit the claim. I called them back to tell them about their I competency and the accounts department lady transferred me to their manager. A white disrespectful old lady who has the decency to tell me that they changed their systems and cannot find the claim. So I have to pay for their nonsense. I regret the day I walked into that facility!!...
