Inappropriate behavior towards patients

I'd like to say that the reception staff at medicross Pretoria have little to no empathy towards their patients ,how does one greet a customer in a manner equivalent to a school teacher apprehending a school child I believe that as adults we should all be treated with respect and not a guilty factor I'm sure that walk in patients have the same rights as patients who book online and no where in medicross policy does it state that one has to book online and come in other you won't receive service the constitution states that we as citizens all have the right to decent health care

I would like medicross to retrain it's reception staff to show empathy towards any kind of patient instead of treating the person as guilty factors.
