In the dark after an operation

Completed a survey that was sent after my operation. Haven't heaed back, my issues are as follows: I left the theater without any explanation or seeing any sort of doctor, I am still in the dark with regards to the process after the operation. I got an email explaining random operations not specific to my after care.

So.... Why send out a survey message without any response
