Horrible service

I went to Medicross in Springs to see a doctor where I spoke to the receptionist which doctor I wanted to see but she decided to select her own doctor and after some time I went to the receptionist to ask why the client that came after when before myself. Clerise answered with attitude with hand gestures which she didn't want to hear me out. This is not first time there was mix up at this place with my file... The other I went with sick child and I had to wait for two hours with a sick child in the car. After 2 hours I was told she didn't even take out my file for the doctor. Today was the height of it because I was told by Clerise that maybe I shouldn't use the facilities anymore. She could have just apologized for the mix up but no... I am starting to think that this is normal for patients to be treated so recklessly and without care in the world
