Horrible attitude of receptionist towards clients

<p>I would just like to make it known that the attitude of the receptionist at Medicross College Square in Bloemfontein is absolutely disgusting! The way she deals with patients shows she has no people s****s and even less customer service s****s! It's not necessary to be rude when a patient has no knowledge of something, more so when duties are not done and a patient follows up on it. People expect a welcoming attitude when they visit the Dr's offices but this woman makes you feel like you don't belong there at all! I'm pretty sure if I name her, other people will share my sentiments!</p>
