Medicross Hayfields PMB - Dr van Jaarsvelt.

After the Dr telling me I have bronchitis on Wednesday - paying R500 for a consult - he gave me antibiotics and 48 hours later I am worse off than I was when I initially saw him. Its now Friday and I have phoned twice for him to call me back and in over 2 hours he hasn't. I am severely ill and worried it could be more than bronchitis but the sister tells me I must make another R500 appointment because they don't do followups if you're not better. Who can afford R1000 in two days when the initial medication given is not working? That is not the patients fault.

Where is the compassion anymore? Medicross is happy to take my money but can't even give me a phone call back when I'm bed ridden and simply need advice.

Even a vet allows you to bring your pet back if they not well after they gave you meds and they not working.
