Have attempted to get money back - to no avail.

My sons paid Medicross Dental to have a new set of dentures made for me. After going back a number of times for refitting and finding that they still do not fit properly. I e-mailed them and requested that they receive the dentures back and repay my sons the money. I am unable to wear the dentures for more than a day before they start hurting me and giving me an abscess. No matter how many times I have been for refitting the same problem recurs. Maybe this set was meant for another person, I do not know. As I lived in the Free State it cost me to travel back and forth.
