good service

I am a patient at medicross roodepoort. Besides my dentist being nice the staff has always been friendly, but a few months ago I had a problem with my appointment being moved twice I logged a complaint and Adel stepped in and helped. I wrote an email thanking netcare for getting Adel to help me. But I has no response on my compliment.
