Frustrated and ripped of by the private medical facilities.

<p>After having to rush to hospital at 4 in the morning for stiches whilst Medicross was closed we now need to find a place to get them removed. We have been clients of the medicross and spent a great deal of money there. If the facility was open at 4 in the morning it would have been where we went to receive treatment. Only to be told that as the stiches were not done there we would have to be charged a doctor's consultation for the nurse to remove the stitches. I find this so ********* as it is not like we have not been loyal clients for many years. What evey happened to compassion. Its all about how much money they can get out of you. To put you in the picture this year alone between my 4 children and myself we have been treated there more than 8 times this year alone at almost 400 a consult andd they cannot even have the heart to remove stitches that I can actually do myself with a nail clippers and tweezers. I find that I will be looking for a new service provider as I am tired of being taken for a ride. Not to mention the awful job the nurses there did over the December period when my son fractured his foot. It was cheaper and a better job done by me at home an unqualified nurses just a mom. Why is this kind of service acceptable in todays day. Surely companies should be held accountable for their poor workmanship and incompetence. Not to mention lack of compassion.</p>
