Front desk admin at pinetowm medicross

Approx 10.45 arrived at Medicross with my 93 year old mom who had injured her hand while shopping. She sat down, I went to reception area where 2 ladies were on duty. I was ignored. One carried on typing, the other doing whatever but I was invisible. One other lady sitting in reception area, plus, no-one else in queue. I WAITED. I WAITED. Eventually I said "am I at the wrong place for assistance ?" Response: "No we'll get to you shortly." No smile, no greeting. Janine passing (name on name badge...I won't embarrass the other 2 by mentioning their names) came into reception and asked if she could help. She immediately took my mom through to nurses and asked me to wait saying would do paperwork on her return. So Bouquet to Janine, the other 2 need to go for kindness and politeness training....a smile, a good morning and a "I'll be with you shortly," to patients won't kill you!
