Extremely expensive

I took my children for a doctors visit. The doctor mixed celestamine for them without telling me the medical aid apparently do not pay for it (according to admin lady). At a pharmacy they do pay for it. They charged me R298,07 for a 200ml bottle which didn't even work. I can't even tell you the name of it because there aren't any names on it. I had to pay it, because the mefical aid didn't.
